Mansfield Junior Cricket Club Thank you for joining our MJCC page. We will keep scores updated, we welcome photos and all Our club has had a presence in the local area since 1980.

We have a very simple philosophy...

"Provide an opportunity for school-aged boys and girls to enjoy outdoor physical activity through learning skills and playing Cricket, Australia's most popular Summer Sport!! "

We have a Code of Conduct which demands fair play and equity within teams irrespective of ability - where participation is more important than winning at all costs. We also have rotatio

n policies for all teams up to Under 12 to ensure all children have a fair chance to bat, bowl, captain and wicket keep. I believe it is some of these aspects that keep our retention rates so high year on year and we have a number of players getting close to being part of the Club for 10 years! Our home ground is Yandina Park on Wecker Road, Mansfield. Most teams will train at Yandina Park during the cricket season and games are played there on Saturday mornings. Other home grounds are found at Mansfield State School, Rochedale State High School, Rochedale State School and Rochedale South State School. Junior cricket is played from U9s upwards on a home and away basis on Saturdays. We run Master Blasters (7-8 year olds) and Junior Blasters (5-7 year olds) on Saturday mornings at Yandina Park. If you are looking for a Cricket Club where your children can enjoy their cricketing experience in a fun safe atmosphere, then look no further than Mansfield. Brian Smith

🏏 Knock Out Cricket Academy – School Holiday Cricket Camp

Three action-packed mornings designed to elevate young cricketers’ skills and confidence. Players will train through high-energy drills, small-group coaching, and engaging game scenarios that accelerate improvement while keeping the experience fun and motivating.

This program is built to develop technique, sharpen cricket IQ, and strengthen confidence in a positive, supportive environment led by passionate coaches.

Spots are strictly limited, so early registration is strongly encouraged.

Date: Sunday 29th March

Time: 3pm to 5pm

Club awards: Age champions and special individual awards will start at 3:10pm

Team trophies: To be handed out in the following order- Matadors, Vikings, Knights, Rebels, Cricket Blast, Warriors, Spartans, Crushers and Avengers (there will be two tables set up and two teams will receive their trophies at the same time)

Free activities: mini cricket games, skills area and Brisbane Heat cricket inflatable

Food: free sausage on bread

Drinks: a variety of hot and cold drinks will be available to purchase

Date: Sunday 29th March

Time: 3pm to 5pm

Club awards: Age champions and special individual awards will start at 3:10pm

Team trophies: To be handed out in the following order- Matadors, Vikings, Knights, Rebels, Cricket Blast, Warriors, Spartans, Crushers and Avengers (there will be two tables set up and two teams will receive their trophies at the same time)

Please note children are not locked in to listening to speeches. They will only need to attend club awards at the start and can then participate in the free activities or have their sausage on bread while they wait for their team trophies to be handed out.
