Offering a range of workouts in Xtend Barre, mat pilates, reformer pilates, yoga and dance. It brings in elements of dance, ballet and Pilates to create an adrenaline-fueled workout that strengthens, lengthens and chisels the body. Nina has just reached an incredible 750 classes, while Rosie has hit her 100 class milestone!

We love seeing these two come to Pilates together. Both strong, consistent and always such a lovely presence in the studio.
