If I could go back and give one piece of advice to every new lifter I had, this would be it.

I have been through burnout more times I than I can count by trying to be perfect.

Rack up more good days than bad, and you will achieve anything you set your mind to.

Here's a great upper back mobility exercise before benching.

Strength athletes & Powerlifters don't pay much attention to thoracic mobility drills as all we have been told is to lay over a foam roller.
