No fancy equipment needed!
Part of our Hinchinbrook prep today, 8k pack walk and bodyweight burner.
Make sure you are warmed up then set a timer for 15 minutes, start with 1 rep of everything, increase to 2 then 3 and see how high you can get. 👌
