There’s something special about the shift in seasons at the studio. 🍂

From the wild morning fog on Jules’ 5am commute (swipe to see her cycle aesthetic ) to the peaceful, dark starts to our early sessions, the atmosphere has been magic ✨

This week was a total balance of opposites:
🔥firing up the hamstrings and lunging through Hot Sol Sculpt
🧘‍♀️Then finding total stillness in Yin and pelvic release work
🙆‍♀️Followed my stretch and mobility with a lower body and spine focus

We also loved having the extra company on Labour Day! It’s always a treat when your schedules align with ours for a holiday sweat. Who caught our Star Wars Day story in honour of May the 4th?

Ending the week on a high note, we celebrated the lovely Steph (one of our OGs!) for her Hens night. We’re still feeling the love and giggles! (My face is literally sore from laughing so much) 🤭

Today, we honour all versions of motherhood. 🤍

To the mums in the thick of it, the mums running on cold coffee and little sleep, the ones carrying everyone else while trying not to lose themselves.

To the women longing to become mamas.
To those navigating loss, grief, or empty spaces that still hold so much love.
To the mothers no longer physically here, but woven into us through memory, mannerisms, and moments that still catch us off guard.

And to the people mothering in ways the world doesn’t always see, through care, presence, softness, strength, and unconditional love.

Today can feel beautiful, tender, complicated, heavy, joyful… sometimes all at once.

Wherever this day meets you, we hope you find a moment to soften, breathe, and feel held in some way.
