2020 has been a crappy year. The Vid has a lot to answer for but I believe it is a wake up call to all of us that we had to reassess our lives and how we lived.
Our mental health combined with our physical health is so important in these unsettling times.
I have some exciting news moving forward into 2021 with a new business name and new direction with S & C coaching of athletes. I will still be utilising the PT side of the business. If you want to take your training to the next level please reach out and we can chat about your goals and ambitions for 2021.
I'll keep you posted with updates on the new website and social pages coming soon.

What a year 2020 has been for us all.
I was at a crossroad with my career and decided I needed to upskill to give me a jumpstart after Covid.
I embarked on a couple of courses to add to my CV and improve my chances of gaining better employment.
I also changed my business name to reflect the direction of where the new business is heading.
The take home message is step out of your comfort zone, keep learning and never settle for what you've got!!
If you are an athlete that is needing help with Preseason training or if you have niggling injuries I am here to help.
After the year we have had let's leave 2020 here and bring on 2021!!

❗Bootcamps are back❗

The Government announced that bootcamps can resume up to 10 people next Saturday 16th May.

It will be a 🆓 Bootcamp to kick things off again. If you have had some time off in iso or you want to change your exercise routine up come along next Saturday. We will be kicking off at 7.30am.

Only 10 spots are available so get in quick to book. Leave your name in the comments and if you want to bring a friend, partner, family member tag them also.
