The key is in practicing saying these phrases. The more you do it, the easier it gets📣
👉Having boundaries helps you to hold yourself accountable & responsible for your own well being, not others.
It's also about learning how to do things even though you feel scared, rather than doing things without feeling scared. So saying these phrases even though you may feel scared of the response they may give because ultimately this is for your mental well being, not theirs!
