Conference dates are this Thursday and Friday. These are all day events.

I’m celebrating the wins today…
Let me explain….

I don’t do cardio. Loathe it ..
But I’ve been adding fast paced walking to the beginning and ends of my workout, solely because it’s something I neglect.

Today I added another 5kms to my workout. It took another 50mins…. But it got done ✅.

What are you proud of today?

For me, pride is in showing up and hitting those health goals I didn’t think was possible.

I remember only a few short years ago… facing the world again… feeling deformed and not worthy.

I love that one small change can bring a cascade of confidence back. Not only with my eyepatches .. but through community.

Friendships and connections I now cherish. Both through EYEHESIVE ™ and Jetts Fortitude Valley 24/7. And I love now being that person that people can turn to and ask for advice also.

So this is my recap of our retreat that happened a couple of months back.

Shelby and Jess have already rebooked this amazing, life changing experience,so…my strong suggestion is if you identify as monocular or vision impaired , this next one will be for you!

This is where I physically got to meet community . Made life long friends and was able to process the stuff the Dr’s and surgeons don’t tell you about.

Forever grateful for this experience, so much so that I’ve already booked for “The One Eye Retreat 2027”.

Today I start studying Peri & Post Menopause in Training thanks to .

Because too many women have been made to feel like their bodies are the problem.

Energy dips.
Strength feels inconsistent.
Fat loss doesn’t respond the way it used to.

And suddenly… the same training that once worked, doesn’t.

That’s not failure.
That’s physiology.

For too long, this stage of life has been met with guesswork instead of guidance.

I’m changing that.

This is about understanding your body as it is now—

More confidence.
