Newfound love of hill sprints as we visit Cairns as part of our holidays 💚
It’s funny how you can get so comfortable with running along the water where we live and just forget that there’s so many other great ways of doing something.
This is often the case for us mums I think. If a routine is working, we stick to it. Or sometimes, even if it is working, we loose sight of it and down-prioritise our us-time. Which is ok. But then it is so important to re-schedule that time back in.
I stay consistent to my exercise even on holidays. I just mix things up depending on what’s available to me. Thankfully the mornings are ‘mine’ as husband prefers his work outs a little later in the day 💚
