At the Cobra Boxing Club we offer a fun filled class where you will not only get fit but make many new friends. Our classes are structured over six levels where in the beginning at level one you will learn footwork through to your basic combinations. All classes start off with stretching followed by a short circuit then bag work then broken up for technique training finishing with a great abdomina

l workout. Some of the basic skills you will be learning whilst getting fit are skipping where we will have you skipping like a professional in no time, next is the floor to ceiling ball which develops great hand eye coordination, speed ball will be the next piece of equipment where you will have a great workout for your arms shoulders back chest as well as developing your hand and eye coordination.

Awesome night of fights tonight thank you to all supporters coming to cheer on our boys.
Two of our fighters stepped up to the challenge tonight and neither of them disappointed.
Fight 7 had our Tom Duck up against Jake Freeth from Riverside and these two young men put on a show, this fight went to a split decision in Toms favour congrats Tom we are so proud of your performance tonight all that hard work pays off.
Fight 11 had our Bodie Gimm up against Mac Clode from Nitro and these two young men put on quite the show as well, the win went to Mac, we are so proud of your hard work tonight Bodie. For your first fight you fought hard and made your opponent work hard.
