Was feeling tired today but got in warmed up and started feeling better than yesterday.

Felt abit off with the movements, so put a camera on myself and have been able to see where I need to improve🙂

Gave the 24kg TGU a go today after my 10@16.
This was the first-time I have attempted with my shoulder since accident 10 week ago✊🏼

Overall enjoying the process🦍
