Zumba with Michelle

Zumba with Michelle Dance Fitness with Michelle welcomes beginners to more experienced participants. Have fun and get fit moving to great music.! Two left feet welcome.

Its a lot of fun and a great workout! All classes combine a seciton of toning for upper body strengthening where we dance with small hand weights and of course dance tracks for a cardio workout. All classes are held in a private air conditioned studio with timber floors, sound system and fans. It is very comfortable summer or winter. Just come along and enjoy the music and before you know it you will have exercised for an hour. Remember also to bring your sense of humour as it all about having fun.
