Triple FFF Triathlon has been formed by Graham Fidler and my two daughters, Olivia and Sophie. We run regular weekly training sessions for both a junior and senior triathlon and fitness squad. Triple FFF training sessions are designed for people of all skills and abilities. We support people who want train to say fit, enter their first triathlon or develop their triathlon performances.
