SuperchargedU

SuperchargedU Dad Mentorship & Separation Mentorship. Supporting parents with mindset guidance, emotional strength and personal accountability.

Working in collaboration with Separation PA -1:1 hands-on support, online tools & resources to rebuild with calm & clarity. At SuperchargedU, we support mindset, personal growth, and relationships, with a specialised focus on mentoring dads and guiding separated parents through one of life’s most emotionally intense transitions: separation and co-parenting. We help parents navigate the chaos with

clarity, emotional strength, and a deep commitment to what matters most, the wellbeing of their children. About Stephen and Emma:

Founded by Stephen Hirst, SuperchargedU works in collaboration with Emma Sinclair, founder of Separation PA, combining mentoring, lived experience, and structured practical support for separated mums and dads. Both Stephen and Emma experienced the emotional ripple effects of parental separation as children and later navigated their own family breakups as adults. They understand the chaos, the emotional toll, and the fear of losing connection with your kids. Through mindset work, personal growth, and a commitment to staying grounded, they’ve rebuilt stronger, more stable lives as co-parents and as a blended family. They’ve learned that focusing on the kids doesn’t mean being submissive, it means staying calm, fair, and compassionate, even when it’s difficult. You can’t control others, but you can control your response. Ownership, respect, and consistency create the best possible outcomes for your children. More about Stephen:

Stephen is the founder of SuperchargedU and proud founder of the Dads Community, a non-profit supporting thousands of fathers through connection, accountability, and real support. He brings years of experience mentoring dads and separated parents, helping them move from overwhelm into clarity, confidence, and action. His approach blends empathy with practicality, helping people take ownership, rebuild confidence, and show up consistently for what matters most. More about Emma:

Emma, founder of Separation PA, brings a structured, practical approach to separation support. Separation PA helps parents get organised, understand processes, and move through the logistical challenges of separation with clarity and direction. Emma’s online resources and tools also support organisations in better guiding and assisting their clients through separation. Her support complements the emotional and mindset work, helping clients take real, practical steps forward. Together, this collaboration provides both the emotional and practical support parents need, not just to get through separation, but to rebuild a stronger, more stable future for themselves and their children. What we can help with:

Navigating separation and early decision-making
Building fair, child-focused parenting agreements

Before you read this, I know this topic could bring up feelings for some of you men and honestly, I completely understand because only a few years ago, I was there myself.

Everyone heals differently and in their own time. But for me personally, letting go of resentment and focusing on the women in my world that I love and care about changed my life massively. Being open to connection, support and lifting each other up instead of staying stuck in anger has genuinely made my life so much better.

So if this post brings something up for you, please know it comes from a good place because I genuinely want the best for you.

And if this message resonates with you, especially the image, please share it. I think the world needs more of this.

I truly believe men and women are more similar than we know.

Most of us want to be great parents, great partners, great friends, good leaders, contribute to our communities and build a meaningful life.

We are stronger together.
Similar values.
Similar missions.

Just because you may have had a bad interaction or relationship with the opposite s*x, or read something negative online, doesn’t mean that is the narrative.

Every person is unique and every person has the potential to add value to someone else’s life.

I have a daughter and a partner who I want the absolute best for and because of that I need to be an advocate for them. And I know in return they are for me.

I want my son to see the example I set because I know he can grow into an incredibly loving, respectful and strong man.

At the end of the day, the world needs more good humans.
More understanding.
More communication.
More support.
More people willing to lead with love instead of division.

With love and good intentions always,
Stephen

One day I want to be that old bloke with the big beard…
Still fit.
Still strong.
Still running around with my kids and grandkids.
Still climbing trees, kicking the footy and carrying them on my shoulders.

Not because I got lucky.
Because I chose to look after myself.

A lot of men say they’d do anything for their kids.

But are we actually doing it?

Are we looking after our health?
Our mindset?
Our body?
Our stress?
Our habits?

Because the greatest gift we can give our kids isn’t just money or possessions…

It’s a father who is present.
Healthy.
Energetic.
Calm.
Strong.

And still around making memories with them years from now.

I don’t want a life controlled by pills, hospitals and poor choices.
I want to lead by example.
Not just talk about it.

The ripple effect starts with us men taking ownership of ourselves first.

For us.
For our kids.
For the next generation.

Who else wants to be that fun old man with a big white beard in the tree

Dad life at its finest - $2 Super Glue equals New Shoes- Winner 🥇 😂

Out of nowhere:
“Hey Dad… I need new shoes.”

Now instead of being a responsible adult and immediately buying new ones… Dad somehow channelled his own father and went searching through the cupboard for the magical solution…

Superglue. 😂

A little squeeze here, hold it together there, quick inspection like I’m some sort of qualified shoe repairman… and boom another few weeks added to their lifespan 💪

The funniest part is as kids we used to laugh at our dads for doing this stuff… now we ARE the dads doing it 😅

Plenty of moments to remember.
Plenty of laughs.
And somehow… superglue still fixes everything.

We have been a little quieter on socials lately… but behind the scenes we have been working hard!

Alongside some exciting growth with the Dads Community going to the next level, we have also taken time to restructure and rebrand SuperchargedU so it better aligns with our roles and the support we offer.

What we have built now brings together two key parts:

Stephen’s work: Mentoring dads, supporting separation, public speaking, and helping parents to step up and grow.

Emma’s work through Separation PA: Providing practical, organised support for parents navigating separation and for organisations that work with them.

Together, this allows us to support families from both sides, the mindset and the practical, which we know is so needed.

Right now, everything feels really aligned… our values, our community, and our focus on what matters most, the kids.

If you are curious about what we are building, or know someone who could benefit from support, feel free to check out the website and share it around.

Appreciate you all being part of the journey 💞

Stories like this are exactly why the Dads Community and SuperchargedU exist.

Nathan came into the community during a really challenging period of his life. Instead of staying stuck in the past or slipping into victim mode, he chose to reach out for support, take ownership, and start putting the right things in place for himself and his kids.

Watching his personal growth, the accountability, and the commitment to creating a better future has been incredibly inspiring.

He chose to seek guidance, do the work, and focus on becoming the best version of himself for his children and we are proud to be working with him 💙.

Massive shoutout to my lady. She always has my back and is sometimes even more passionate about my purpose than I am. Sometimes I don’t show enough appreciation or gratitude in the right moments, sometimes and quite often I can let my stress and anxiety be placed on you and that is not fair, but please know that I truly do appreciate you.

If you see this post and have an amazing partner, show them some love. And if you’ve seen this post and she has helped you or shown you love, please show her some appreciation even if it’s just a message or an emoji.

If you’ve ever benefited from me, there’s a good chance she was the one behind the scenes continuing to push and support me. So send her some love too.

She’ll probably hate me for posting this, actually no probably she will be upset about this as she is humble, but as usual when I’m on a mission and in this case it’s getting the love she deserves I’ll be full steam ahead, I’ll apologise later for my actions and hope I’m alive the next day haha

Love you, life partner.

🎥 BTS footage

This Interview was for dads who are struggling in silence.

Today I did an interview with Out of the Box Media that asked deep, uncomfortable questions about fatherhood the stuff we usually avoid saying out loud.

I did this for one reason only:
👉 To help more dads step forward
👉 Ask for help
👉 Speak honestly
👉 Know about the Dads Community
👉 And realise they’re not alone

Too many men carry things quietly and think they have to “just deal with it.”
You don’t.

That’s why the Dads Community exists.
A place for real conversations.
Support.
Belonging.
Men trying to be better together.

Footage coming soon.
