Niue Rugby Union have announced their squad for the upcoming Pacific Challenge matches against Papua New Guinea the host country, Solomon Island, Vanuatu, and Cook Islands
A large representation of players from New Zealand and Australia who have been part of the the 2019 Oceania Championship held in PNG and have been named in the 2022 squad. We have also two players from Niue named in the squad.
The matches were scheduled to play in Papua New Guinea from the 18th- 26th June2022, Unfortunately the tournament has been cancelled and postpone due to the up and coming elections in July 2022 being to close to the busy activities happening in PNG. New dates will be advised.
However we would like to acknowledge all the effort the Niue Rugby Executive Officials and NACQ President Mr Kautau Taleni and Officials for all the hard work organising and preparing for this Tournament.
