Sea Wasp is a family owned and operated marine business with our Managing Director, Stewart Butler, holding over 25 years of experience in the marine industry. Sea Wasp is centrally located on the Brisbane River at the Rivergate Marina and Shipyard in Murarrie. The shipyard includes a 12,000sqm hardstand with 75 and 300 tonne travel lifts on site. The Marina offers 105 berths and deep water access
for vessels of up to 80m in length. Our workshop opens directly onto the hardstand, making it an ideal location for boats of all shapes and sizes to complete refits, maintenance works and repairs. Offsite we four mobile vehicles providing service to our customers both locally and interstate. Sea Wasp is the Australian distributor for Paguro Marine Generators. Quiet, compact and reliable - they are proving to be very popular and cost effective. Sea Wasp has recently been appointed the Australia East Coast dealership for FPT (Formly Iveco Engines). We also hold the South-East Queensland Agencies for Nanni Diesel Engines and Daewood Doosan Diesel Engines. A wide and diverse choice of applications can be discussed to suit your individual requirements. Our staff have over 70 years combined experience in the marine industry. We pride ourselves on quality service and superior knowledge on a wide range of diesel engines and generators.
