We’re doing official staff introductions on our page over the next few weeks so we HAD to start out strong with Veronica or Vee as we call her around here!

Get to know her:

She’s the head of all gym admin and reception and is that friendly, smiley face you see every morning!

Currently her biggest training goal is all about longevity.
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle for a strong and fit future.

👟 Currently teaching Tuesday evening and Friday morning Tabata sessions in the outdoor gym!
