Griffith Yoga Lifestyle Club Our Yoga Lifestyle Club at Nathan Campus is enthusiastic about all things Yoga and Meditation! So come along and experience the benefits for yourself! MEDITATE.

We are passionate about bringing yoga and meditation to universities across QLD so come along to Chill out & Tune In. YLC is a student club located at Griffith Uni, Nathan Campus and its purpose is to bring the freestyle fun to Uni life. What is that fun I hear you ask?.....

To do yoga. find peace. SEEK MEANING. meet new friends. GO ADVENTURING. enjoy nature. MUSIC. eat good food. BE SOULFUL! Let's face it, uni life can be challenging, with lots of different things to juggle and so little time. Finding that balance can be hard but by taking some time out of your week to add a bit of yoga and meditation you will notice how it takes the pressure off. Our classes are all free, just an initial membership fee of $10 per trimester for students. We have yoga mats you can use. Class time:
Monday 5:30pm-6:45 pm held in N35, Multi-Faith Centre

In every practice, there is something new to discover.
Sometimes we think we are progressing when we achieve a posture, a breath, or a movement; but perhaps true learning happens when we listen, observe, and accept what each moment reveals to us.

Yoga reminds us that it is not about reaching a destination, but about remaining open to the journey.
Because as we practice, we also learn to know ourselves, to transform, and to grow. 🧘‍♀️🌿
