Warmup: execute each for 4-5 minutes
1. Outside hip rotation + through cross behind combo
2. Outside hip rotation & outside hip rotation through + hand exchange speed stop + reverse steps
Finishing: execute for 2 minutes followed by 2 free throws. Do 2 sets on each side.
3. Outside hip rotation + veer later extension finish (basket accountability for lateral extension) & outside hip rotation through + speed stop shot fake finish
4. Midrange: execute for 2 minutes followed by 2 free throws. Do 2 sets on each side.
Hand exchange speed stop + reverse pivot slide escape + outside hip rotation + midrange shot of choice & outside hip rotation through/cross + shot of choice
5. Reads/reactions: execute for 2 minutes followed by 2 free throws. Do 2 sets on each side.
Outside hip rotation & go, outside hip rotation through/cross, outside hip rotation + step in shot. Reacting to the voice of coach or partner.
This is a ≈45 minute workout focused on outside hip rotations, and scoring from multiple levels. 🏀
