🛝Wondai Coronation Park Redevelopment Consultation

South Burnett Regional Council invites the community to participate in a second round of consultation and discussion regarding the much-anticipated redevelopment of Coronation Park, Wondai. This is an excellent opportunity for residents to engage with the project, provide feedback, and gain insights into the future of their beloved park.

Throughout the month of June, several information sessions will be held at the Wondai Library, where community members can review survey feedback and the initial drafted design plans for the park. These sessions are designed to be informative and interactive, allowing residents to voice their opinions and ask questions.

Dates and times of Information Sessions:

Thursday, 11 June 2026
👉Morning Session: 9:00am – 10:00am
👉Afternoon Session: 3:00pm - 4:00pm

Thursday, 18 June 2026
👉Morning Session: 10:00am - 11:00am
👉Afternoon Session: 3:00pm – 4:00pm

In addition to the library sessions, Council representatives will also be present at the Wondai Country Markets on Saturday 27 June 2026. This provides an informal setting for community members to discuss the redevelopment project and share their thoughts.

Council values the input of all community members and believes that a collaborative approach will lead to a more successful and inclusive park redevelopment. Whether you are a regular park-goer or a local business owner, your feedback is crucial in shaping the future of Coronation Park. Council encourages everyone to attend these sessions and be a part of this exciting transformation.
