(a lower-impact, 30 minute class PERFECT for beginners to get their confidence, the active older adult, during pregnancy and for new mums!)

� ZUMBA® Fitness - 6:40-7:40pm
(The original Latin-inspired dance fitness PARTY!)

WEDNESDAY:
� ZUMBA® Toning - 6:00-6:30pm
(Zumba with the added benefit of muscle toning exercises using light 'maraca' hand weights)

� ZUMBA® Fitness - 6:40-7:40pm
