Our ZUMBA® class has a real COMMUNITY of friendly, fun-loving participants - a Zumba Family! - we would love to welcome you to join us! This is the most fun you can have while exercising - every class is a PARTY!!! Fun fact: a 1hr workout is only 4% of your day!!

(a lower-impact, 30 minute class PERFECT for beginners to get their confidence, the active older adult, during pregnancy and for new mums!)

� ZUMBA® Fitness - 6:40-7:40pm
(The original Latin-inspired dance fitness PARTY!)

WEDNESDAY:
� ZUMBA® Toning - 6:00-6:30pm
(Zumba with the added benefit of muscle toning exercises using light 'maraca' hand weights)

� ZUMBA® Fitness - 6:40-7:40pm

Our last ZUMBA pop-up was SO much fun that we couldn’t stop at one! Join us for another 40-minute ZUMBA pop-up class, followed by a meet and greet with Carla & the team.

Then stick around for food, drinks, laughs and a little socialising. It’s the perfect chance to dance, meet some new people, and enjoy a fun night out with the ZUMBA With Carla crew!
