Kansai Sport Karate Aim is to provide coaching, personal training and competition for elite & developing karate athletes.

Kansai Karate High Performance Centre is part of Kansai Karate Academy. It's aim is to provide the opportunity to those who would like to extend their ability in Competition Karate or experience the martial arts, in a safe and fun environment, with professionally trained instructors, working on Self defence, Fitness, Weapons and Personal training. ocus is providing a range of classes to suit all participants of different levels of fitness and health or just time poor. Classes include: Elite and Developing Competition Karate in both Kata and Kumite. Fitness Class- combining traditional karate, boxing, kickboxing in the form of circuit, partner work, impact and sparring (controlled) with lots of fun. Self defence classes for Women focusing on simple realistic principles that are applied in self defence situaions. Low Impact- using traditional karate as its base, it's focus is on resistance work, balance, core strengthening, correct body alignment and posture and is great for those who want a slower pace, injury recovery and still work and learn the martial arts. Weapons classes that are designed to work with and compliment the students karate knowledge.
