Lucia Patience Yoga

Lucia Patience Yoga Breathe I Align I Flow Since first introduced to yoga, Lucia knew it was going to be a lifelong study. Her classes are creative and suited for all levels.

She sought out different styles and techniques of yoga and wisdom on and off the mat. Influenced by some of her first teachers, classical yoga and a sense of light and grace, she has woven into her own unique sparkle into her practice style. Attracted to a flowing practice, she intertwines alignment principles through a sense of play so those in her class can progressively deepen their own practic

e and experience their own individual expression of the pose, deepening a sense of personal power. Essential basics forming the foundation for more advanced poses are gently built upon so that asanas are challenging yet not overwhelming. A love of teaching and empowering people fosters an environment of inquisitiveness and community developed in her classes. Inspired by the ocean as a scuba instructor and breath-hold diver, she embraces the sense of peace, escape, and wonder she finds under the water and brings it into all aspects of her life. Yoga with Lucia will leave you feeling at peace, stronger, and more balanced, physically and mindfully. Lucia continues to seek knowledge and wisdom through ongoing workshops, training, study, and the insights she gleans from the light within all.

I’m holding a small Women’s Circle tomorrow evening around the theme “When Intention Becomes Action.”

It’s a simple, facilitated space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters — grounded, thoughtful, and very relevant to real life. No yoga experience or special knowledge needed, just a willingness to show up and take part in the conversation.

I’ll pop the details in the link below for anyone curious.

The Seasons of Practice

I feel the seasons of practice, week to week. Some weeks are strong, steady, and fiery — everything flows, everything aligns, and it feels easy to move with intention. Other weeks are quiet, tender, almost hesitant — energy low, focus soft, practice more about showing up than doing.

Both belong. Both teach. Both remind me that practice isn’t a straight line, and it isn’t only about what happens on the mat. It’s also about noticing the shifts within myself, the ebb and flow of energy, and gently accepting whatever is present in the moment.

Some days, practice is a pose. Some days, it’s a breath. Some days, it’s a pause, a walk, a sound, a circle — anything that invites me to return to myself and honour the season I’m in. 🌿
