We have one month left in our little sanctuary 🤍

And what a little whirlwind of emotions we are feeling! But most of all, we are grateful.

There are still a few spots available for our Saturday and Sunday sessions for this coming weekend and next, but all week night classes are fully booked (🙀) so please please please message us if you’d like to be on the waitlist if anyone cancels.

Three years of Pilates, tea, chats, and this beautiful community 🎈🎈🎈

Thankyou all for coming along for the ride and making the studio what it is today 🤍

Karl and I have decided that it's time for a change for our little family, and in July we will be moving our home, our cats and the studio to Brisbane.

It’s going to be really hard to say goodbye to you all and to this space - but we’ve still got 7 wonderful weeks left together.

We took the 10 packs down at the start of this month and will take the 5 packs down at the start of June. Please reach out if you have any concerns with your existing packs.

The best kind of mornings 💫

These ladies have each been coming to the studio for well over 2 years.
I’ve had the pleasure of watching them discover Pilates, connect with their bodies in a different way, prepare their bodies for pregnancy, move as they grow their babes, and now hold their children in their arms and care for their bodies once more.
It wasn’t always easy, it certainly wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows, but it was beautiful. They’re all doing an amazing job and I’m so grateful that I get to watch them on their way 🤍

And one of the best perks - cuddles from these lil cuties! 🥰

One of my wise teachers reminded me recently, that where you put your energy - matters.

We cannot work into a state of ease,
We cannot be stingy into abundance,
We cannot be self berating and self punishing into a state of self worth,
We cannot be separate in a state for unity.

You want the bliss? Smile
You want less friction? Be frictionless
You want the ease? Be easy
You want abundance? Be abundant
Like attracts like, whatever we want more of, we need to start by giving.
