Accessing community to be able to try a new activity such as cricket at a first class location on the bayside in an all inclusive environment where everybody can be themself and express themselves freely and openly without fear or judgement surrounded by people that specialise not only in working within the sector but staff who have Sport Science backgrounds is important. Applied Health & Fitness has been working in the Manly and Bayside region for close to 20 years within the exercise, health, fitness, rehabilitation, wellness, strength & conditioning and All-Ability sector. Today’s session was pure inspiration! 💪🏏 Redlands Cricket hosted today’s first All-Ability program at the club and is supported and run by 🔥☄️Watching everybody give their all at the All-Ability Cricket training reminds us that true strength comes from determination, not limitation. Every swing, every smile, and every moment on the field proves that sport is for everyone. Together, we’re breaking barriers and celebrating ability in every form by supporting community access to sport. 🌟 All players want to aspire to be the next Tigerland 🐯 great such as 🏏❤️ and still hold dreams to be playing for or and most definitely playing for the in the 🏏🏟️
