So what do you think about this Dads and what can we do to combat these issues.
I choose to earn less and work from home so I can spend more quality time with my family. Not everyone is in a position to be able to do that but could you work 1 day a week from home or work a 4 day week? How do you think your boss would react if you asked to do this?
Have any of you made changes or come up with other solutions?
