Coach’s notes:
👉 If you fly through this one unbroken, you didn’t go hard enough!
👉 If you don’t have at least 5 unbroken strict pull ups, scale with a band.
👉 If you’re not sure what your 1RM is, use a weight that you find challenging for 5 reps of each movement.

You might’ve started because you wanted to lose weight, or put on muscle, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

But here’s what’s going to happen. Somewhere along the way, something is going to shift.

Training won’t be just a checklist you need to tick off anymore. You will feel satisfaction in the work; you will find purpose in the pursuit.
