This is one of my clients who had major surgery in July. 😱.
Bianca has listened not only to her Drs, but most importantly to her body. Working hard in every session but ultimately listening to her bodies responses and recovery.
This is a HUGE achievement for her. I am so bloody proud of you
You rock up to every session with the fight of a warrior and the smile of a silent assassin.

It is with a heavy heart that I have to inform my wonderful clients that InnoV8tive Health and Fitness will be postponing all classes until further notice.

This is not a decision that has been taken lightly but I have to think of the health of my family as well as the health of you and yours.

Social distancing is real and for it to be affective we need to be socially distant from one another.

I understand that these workouts I provide are not just for your physical needs but also your mental health aswell. Therefore I will be happy to provide workouts on group messenger for anyone interested.

In the interim- Please stay safe, look after you and your loved ones and I hope to see all your faces back at the studio soon xo

These are the people that not only believe in themselves but believe in the people beside them, who motivate each other and inspire me. These are the people you want to surround yourself with.
