ere I spent every Tuesday and Thursday evening for many years. It was this beginning that gave me a life long love of fitness and sport. It saw me to State Cross Country races, becoming a 2nd Dan Black Belt, coaching a Men's College Basketball team through to State finals, Coaching adults and children to learn to swim and body sculpting. This was before my 23rd birthday and whilst pursuing my career in the Corporate world in Sydney. A few years and two kidlets later I kept myself active in my local gym taking a cross section of classes to keep fit. Then I was introduced to triathlons and entered my first race at 38. What a trip! I loved it so much I could. not. stop. And so it was that I learned balance, but not without first becoming de-conditioned. I have had ten kilos to lose a couple of times in my life. I know the difficulties, the traps and the human emotion that goes along with it. I have developed hacks that not only assist in weight loss, but amazingly made people comment on my skin tone and energy. These days I enjoy trail running or hiking in my backyard, swimming and yoga, but my favourite thing to do is aerial dance! Which is where you'll find me when I have free time! During my years of raising my now teen son and daughter alone, I realised what I loved most was helping people with their health and wellness. It seemed to come naturally. My business was flourishing and I was figuring out the best way to help was to ask a very simple question. 'What do you want?'. And 'Why'. It turns out there is science behind this, which is why it had such a profound effect on every person I met, some of whom have stayed with me for over two years now. This is the footing for how I create strong minds and bodies. I have had a plethora of clients over the years with various goals and at different ages and physical limitations. With over 20 years industry experience, I have the ability to create a workout program tailored to almost anyone's needs. It inspires me and brings me great joy to see my people succeeding, always leaving the studio with a smile. I encourage you to read through my services, in particular The Foundations Program. I've designed and refined this over the past two years for you. It works. It's that simple. I've created signature services, so you can reach your fitness goals in meaningful ways that back the values of The Six. These are currently on hold and will be re-introduced in 2022. Mountain Air Fitness is the marriage of my values, knowledge and love of my land. I am proud to offer you my services within the endless space amongst the forest trees, overlooking the ocean, under our vast and beautiful SouthEast Queensland skies.
