Say hello to Move for Good. 👋

Every quarter, we're dedicating one full weekend of classes to raising money for a cause that matters to our community. Our first one lands Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September, and we're supporting Open Haven, a Brisbane charity helping women and children rebuild after domestic and family violence.

Here's how it works: for those two days only, memberships and class packs are off the table. Instead, you book on a pay what you wish basis with a $10 minimum, and 100% of what's raised goes directly to Open Haven.

Turns out feeling good on a Saturday morning can go a lot further than the studio walls.
