Hey Crew,
I hope you are all well and safe and I know that you are all keen to get back to the gym to train. We haven’t reopened Cultivar yet due to a potential flood risk with heavy rainfall predicted this afternoon. We will make the call in the next few hours and if the risk potential changes we can open. We did have to move and store equipment on Thursday hence why we can’t open straight away. Stay tuned we will come back to you with a plan for opening again and what we are doing for the Opens 25.2 workout. Thanks team

The 2025 CrossFit Opens are starting this week team! Aftermath is hosting Friday night lights 5.30pm for the next 3 weeks whilst Cultivar will be hosting the Opens on Saturday mornings 9.30am. At these time a registered judge will be present to verify your workout results. If you can’t make any of those spots you will need to film your workouts according to the CrossFit rulebook standards and submit or ask a registered judge really nicely to help out. Good luck crew looking forward to the throwdown starting on Friday.

What a way to send off Coach CK—with an epic session surrounded by the best community! 💪 Huge thanks to everyone who joined in and made it extra special. We still have the lovely CK until Tuesday for class, so if you missed it, you’ve still got time. CK has been an invaluable part of the team over the past few years, and her Hyrox Social legacy will live on long after she’s gone! 🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♂️
