Every Monday morning I used to lose 90 minutes rebuilding the same report by hand.

Pull the calls, the revenue, the ad spend.
Paste it into a doc, write a few notes.
Every single week, before I'd done anything that actually moved the business.

The problem was never the report.
It only existed if I sat down and did it - if I was travelling or sick, the team flew blind.

I just made a Sales Manager in my organisation. For free.

Every sales call used to run through me.
If I didn't review it, nobody got feedback.
And the duct-tape version (Fathom to Zapier to ChatGPT to a Google Doc) was four tools producing generic notes.

So I replaced it with one AI agent, built in a spare afternoon:

It is a decision-making issue.

If they cannot make the important calls without you, you do not have leverage yet. You have a queue of people waiting for approval.

The fix is not more reminders. It is clear SOPs, built by the people doing the work, then taught back until they can own the outcome.
