For months, the dance community has been saying that while dance is technically included in the Play On! voucher program, in practice many dance studios still can’t accept the vouchers.

That means kids who choose dance can miss out on this support.

Alongside Jonty Bush MP and Jess Pugh MP, we brought together dancers, parents, advocates and dance studio owners to hear directly about these challenges and push for change.

Now, we’re taking the next step.

✍️ We’ve launched a community petition and we need your signature!

This is about equality of access. With families already feeling the pressure of the cost of living, every dollar counts. Families who choose dance should have the same opportunity to access support as families participating in other eligible sports and activities.

We’re calling on the Minister to make sure Play On! vouchers are genuinely accessible to dancers and dance studios.

✨ HOW AMAZING IS THIS!! ✨

A massive congratulations to Sam Zaplin, who has been accepted to perform at the iconic Moulin Rouge in Paris! 🇫🇷❤️

Some of our long-time TNT families may remember Sam performing a special guest spot at one of our concerts a few years ago.

At the time, we invited Sam to perform because we really wanted to show our dancers — especially our boys — that boys can dance too, and just how far a love of dance can take you. 💙

A talented Gold Coast boy, Sam has gone on to achieve some pretty incredible things, including performing in the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games Closing Ceremony, being awarded a Royal Caribbean cruise contract, and now…

THE MOULIN ROUGE IN PARIS!! 🤩🇫🇷

What an absolutely incredible achievement and such an exciting next chapter for him.

It makes it even more special for us knowing that all those years ago our TNT kids got to watch Sam take that stage and see firsthand where talent, hard work and a passion for dance can lead.

A huge congratulations from everyone at TNT, Sam. We will definitely be cheering you on from back home! ❤️

Back in 2019 our very first year of TNT our tap dancers did 9 to 5 and because we love that song and Dolly so much we just had to redo it as a hip hop/jazz in 2024 with our younger kids …
In the words of Dolly… “Find out who you are and do it on purpose” 🩷🩷🩷
