Ausdance QLD would like to recognise that our industry couldn’t be what it is without volunteers. We acknowledge all volunteers across our sector: from cultural and community dance groups led and organised by volunteers; to studio parents, grandparents, and caregivers who support competitions and performances; from friends and family of independent artists who assist with everyday tasks or transporting gear; to educators who generously give their time outside school hours to dance programs; to board members, committee volunteers, and event and festival teams who keep our organisations and performances running; and to those with skills in technical production, design, and costuming, as well as those who simply love our industry and always put their hand up to help.
