Please note club opening hours are 05.00am till 09.00pm.
Although we have always operated with these hours we have had to take immediate actions to limit access to the facility outside these hours due to ongoing complaints from our neighbours.

The facility will not be accessible outside these hours, if you are training at night please ensure you exit before 09.00 pm and that all noise is kept to minimum.

2026 is upon us.! The vibe in the gym is solid, and everyone has goals and have really missed their boxing over Xmas holidays!!
