Everyone I would like you to officially meet my friend and now Business Partner, Kay Nyenuh!

12 years ago Kay started his business training people in parks in Mackay.
Since then he has spread his positive message and expanded his mission, to now having 4 world class facilities in Mackay, that align with his goal "To make exercise easily accessible and convenient for everyday people in an environment where they’re treated like human beings and not numbers."

He is a gym owner, a coach, an athlete, an author, a friend, a father and just a fantastic human being!

I look forward to working with him as we try to bring that same positive energy to the lives of as many people as we can here in Brisbane!

Free Nutrition Seminar - 'How to win a 6 week challenge'

With the new Dungeon Challenge at Jindalee Fitness 24/7 starting on the 9th of October, I will be running a nutrition seminar in order to give everyone the best chance they can get at seeing great results over the course of the 6 weeks.

I'll cover the basics of nutrition, which dieting strategies you can use which actually work, and the exact system I would use to win the challenge (If I was allowed to enter haha).

Success Story: Fabrizio 🎉

Fabrizio won the previous dungeon challenge by improving his muscle mass and losing fat mass in a process called recompositing.

He committed to a workout routine consisting of regular Dungeon sessions at and a weight training routine for muscle growth.
As well as implementing a nutrition plan of his own making, with foods he loves by using my nutrition master tool and system.

Tips for understanding calories pt. 2!

1kcal = 1000 calories = 1 food calorie.
An 🍎 apple is roughly ~90kcal which is also 90,000 calories, or 90 food calories.

Stick to using food calories and you'll be fine!
