Great to see a ‘nice drop’ arrive from GAS Imports Pty Ltd and Rock Oil at TeamBWR HQ in the form of sixteen litres of their Synthesis motorcycle oil.

The red just happened to be close at the time…..we’ll definitely drink one 😉🏁

Its awesome to see riders who've raced with us in the last few years doing so well in other series this weekend.

三上真矢 (Shinya Mikami) is on the front row (2nd) for the Suzuka Championship races tomorrow in Japan.

Damien Adams won his Unlimited (SBK/1000cc) class races today at the St Georges (sydney) series.

Lauchy Williams won all the races in the SS600 and the Production 500 classes at the Terra event in Darwin.

We're really sad to hear of the passing of one of the most respected people in the Australian road race paddocks in his many roles officiating at Club, National and International events.

Tom was just a really nice person and someone as a racer, then team owner I've always had time for some good chats with. His appearance at the last ASBK was an emotional day as clearly he was gravely unwell but it was so good he got to spend a day back in the paddock with his racing family.

Rest in Peace mate.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Tom Williams, whose unwavering passion and dedication shaped the very fabric of motorcycle sport in Australia.

Tom’s legacy is defined by decades of exceptional commitment, serving as Race Director and Clerk of Course for ASBK, MotoGP and WorldSBK events. He was the steady hand guiding our volunteers and officials, and his leadership will be remembered with immense gratitude.

His passing has left a profound void. Earlier this year, Tom was diagnosed with motor neurone disease, but he was able to make an emotional final visit to the 2026 Australian Superbike Championship season finale at Queensland Raceway, where he said his farewells to the paddock he loved.

His contribution to the sport will always be remembered.

As we wrap up this season, it’s impossible not to think of our dear mate Loz. This was a season he was meant to finish with us, and his absence has been felt every step of the way.

His empty chair has been a constant reminder that he should still be here, cooking up a storm and lending his cheeky nature to the team.

This one’s for you, Loz. You’ll always have a place with us.
