A massive thank you for another wonderful masterpiece by our resident boxing artist Iyan, with Ava and her mum Emma training. Well one of them is dressed correctly and ready for it. 🤫. Had to do 8x 3’s with this fella but family life is real. The boys had to do 5,000 steps with any exercise which was running, walking and bike. Finished of with sit-ups and press ups. Great hard body bag session. Nathan did really well too 👊🏾. Someone is going to be sore on the morning of the 25th. 😊

Well that time came for the chat about what are you going to do to support yourself in the future? Kiefer confidently verbalized opening a pet shop with ants, lizards and termites. Now how, as a parent do you approach that without destroying, no obliterating dreams? Well, selling strategy was discussed in length and thankfully the penny dropped on feasibility. So instead of a trip down broken dreams and depression lane, the thought engine kicked in. Native stingless bees, plants, herbs spices !!!! Then the supplements market that makes billions could be tapped into, if we go down the Garlic, turmeric, ginger and pepper route. Avacados, lemon and lime trees. We can self sustain and sell the rest with honey to everyone and take over the world hooo hooo ha ha ha ha. Love your work pal. Can’t wait until we get the bees in August and get my retirement plan on the road. 🥰🥰🥰🥰. The rule in our house is” if you can’t do what you love, love what you do” 😉. Work hard, work well, and in most cases, it works out. 💪🏾
