Kedron parkrun Kedron parkrun is free, timed, 5km run/walk put on by the community for the community at 7am every S The great thing is that you only ever need to do this once!

parkrun is not a race against other runners, but a 5km timed run, jog or walk. It can be really be whatever you want it to be, whether that's for fun or as part of a training plan. Kedron parkrun offers an opportunity for all members of our local community, male or female, young or old, to come together on a regular basis to enjoy our beautiful environment and get phyiscally active in the process.

WE want to encourage people to walk, jog or run together irrespective of their ability - this event is truly open to all and the best of all it really is FREE! Taking part is easy - just register in advance by 6pm on the Friday before your first ever parkrun event. Print out your barcode to bring along to the run, then just set your alarm for Saturday morning and get yourself there! Our Kedron parkrun Team

This week 374 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 45 were first timers and 67 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 28 different clubs took part.

Kedron parkrun started on 2nd April 2016. Since then 19,930 participants have completed 131,255 parkruns covering a total distance of 656,275 km, including 18,651 new Personal Bests. A total of 1,562 individuals have volunteered 8,280 times.
