5 days away from starting our 8 week challenge and I’m so pumped, working the reception desk last night the staff and our clients are so excited to get back into routine and ready to smash some goals.

There will be times where it may feel hard making it to classes, PT sessions, eating all of your meals, and keep a positive vibe, but it’s all about how you deal with it and push through, trust the process and don’t forget WHY you started this journey in the first place.

Today, We Celebrate!

I want to congratulate everybody who pushed themselves, who challenged themselves through the last 8 weeks, all our Hiit station branches celebrate the end of our 8 week transformation challenge for the first time since COVID-19 shut our doors.

Enjoy the night guys and have the best time, but we aren’t done yet, this is just the beginning, training resumes Monday 😉

8 week transformation challenge 2018

The before photo, I had just returned home from Fiji, living my best life “Fiji time” Hence the sad post holiday face.

The after photo, I could not be more happy with the work I put in, I was super strict with my diet and my training, changed out all of my bad habits and focused on what I was actually putting into my body
-
Now, I’m currently sitting at the heaviest I’ve ever been. The pandemic did not help with my diet at all, there was no temptation, just straight up indulging haha
But I’m ready more then even to shake off 2020 ISO kilos

No matter whether it’s changing the way your present yourself, developing your skills, studying a course or changing your routine – you are your own boss in life and a huge amount of change comes from within.

Do what you love, love what you do.

I believe that You can be truly successful if you manage to find something that you really enjoy doing, You have to love what you do, You have to work for a meaning, whether that be providing for your family, giving back to your community or changing someones life. Mentally and physically I’ve chosen, through heath and fitness, a purpose that is bigger than myself.

Only if you manage to find this one thing that motivates you so much, you can unleash your full potential and succeed in enormous ways.
