Some updated e-bike laws for Qld start today. Ps our bikes are all compliant.

What's new today in Queensland?

From 31 August 2026:
16+? You need at least a learner driver licence to ride an e-bike in public.
12–17 and no licence? You can ride when appropriately supervised by a parent or caregiver.
Under 12? No e-bike riding in ordinary public areas, although designated recreational-area exemptions can apply.
Your e-bike? 250W maximum continuous rated power, assistance to 25km/h, throttle assistance only to 6km/h, with EN15194/compliance labelling requirements subject to the transition arrangements.

We unboxed and built an X-lab AD8- it took 12 minutes to build and weight results- as shown in the video- impressive !
