You don't have to collapse before you deserve rest.

Many of us wait until we're completely exhausted before we slow down.

We push through.
We keep saying yes.
We tell ourselves we'll rest when things calm down.

But life rarely slows down on its own....

A few years ago, I realised I had become very good at caring for everyone else and not so good at caring for myself.

What surprised me most was that self-care didn't require hours of free time.

It started with small moments:
✨ 5 minutes of gentle movement
✨ A few lines in a journal
✨ One conscious breath before reacting

Small practices can create meaningful change.

That's why I created my free 3-Day Self-Care Challenge.

Welcome to a new month...just about mid-way through 2026!

This is me giving you some flowers, we are making it through the mid-point of the year. And what a year it has been so far! The year of the horse has definitely bolted.

Here's a lil reminder to take time to smell the roses. Literally. Or have a chat with someone you love, slow down, enjoy your warm drink as the month cools down. Our mini moments make up our lives...I hope you enjoy your small moments that make up your big moments!

People think they need 60 minutes for yoga and a yoga mat and studio. They don't. You can practice yoga in your chair.

While sitting, stretch your arms up to the ceiling... high high high...

Fold forward and reach towards your feet.

Return to your sitting position and twist to your left and right.

Place hands on your heart and take 10 deep breaths.

Soften your muscles in your face.

Release your jaw.

Breathe.

Place your hands on your ribcage and notice the pace of your inhale and exhale.

Breathe...

This is your reminder to keep breathing...slowly. Calm your breathing, calm your mind, gain some clarity.
