At Harbourside Physie and Dance we understand preschoolers have different needs and learn in different ways.

Through music and dance, our preschool program teaches and improves gross motor skills, which are vital to your child’s development. They learn the basic fundamentals of a variety of dance styles including ballet, jazz and physie. Our program also improves school readiness.

Are you stuck on what to bring to class? Don't worry, we've got you covered!

⭐️ Water bottle (labelled) - big effort means big hydration

⭐️ Leotard/activewear - tight clothing helps us spot posture and perfect your technique

⭐️ Hair ties/bobby pins - hair up and focus on

⭐️ Sweat towel - be ready to move, work hard and crack a sweat

⭐️ Shoes - your safety is our top priority, please wear shoes TO and FROM classes
