At BASC, we focus on:

Components of a cheer routine - STUNT.
A core part of cheerleading routines are stunt. You can also have singles stunts (one person lifting), dual stunts (two people lifting) and group stunts (more than 2 lifting). The types of skills involved in stunts vary tremendously based on level. To make a stunt happen you need everyone to work together which is one of the reasons why we think cheerleading is the ultimate team sport!

Components of a cheer routine - DANCE. Dance is part of a cheerleading routine (usually at the end of the routine but not always). It’s a fun performance moment, and we refine it all season so it looks clean, confident, and unified on the floor.
