Brisbane Sporting Clays is a not-for-profit member run club that encourages all levels of participation from come-and-try, beginner, recreation shooters, to international level competitors. The BSC range is considered the best sporting clay ground in the country, due to the unique topography, size of land available and proximity to a capital city. The club is open most Fridays and Saturdays for pr

actice, and the second Sunday of the month for competition. Shooters from all sh***un disciplines and associations are welcome at BSC for practice and competition. Member participation in club events qualifies shooters for local, state, national and international competitions. The sport is accessible to all age ranges (11+), gender and abilities. Because nothing says serious sporting clays competitor quite like rocking up to the shooting line in hot pink. 🎀

We love seeing shooters out and about sporting the 2024 b**b shOOt shirts, so we got these absolute beauties ready to become the official uniform of the b**b shOOt 2026 (8 Nov), and the best part? 100% of the profits go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. 🩷

But there’s a catch…
We’re only doing PRE-ORDERS. $55 a shirt. No leftovers. No sitting on a mountain of unsold pink shirts. Just maximum b**bs, maximum pink and maximum dollars going to a great cause.

After a brief hiatus, the b**b shOOt is baaaaaaaack! 🎀

The last b**b shOOt in 2024 was an absolute cracker — a sea of pink, themed grounds, plenty of laughs and, most importantly, $6,000 raised for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. 🩷

And yes… Tough Ti***es pool shOOt will be making a comeback! 💪

This year, we’re bringing back all the fun, all the pink — and then adding even more.

So, mark your diary in pink, start planning your outfit and get ready to b**b shOOt it up!

Again, we’re super, super proud of our members, Peter Tobin and Michael Lucas — and John Younger, our honorary BSC member for the occasion — for taking gold in the Senior category at the Compak World Championships in Italy this week. Outstanding effort, gents!

Yes, we’re aware that Compak isn’t an SCA discipline. But we don’t care. We’re just bloody proud of these geezers.

The only question now is: how the hell are they getting those trophies home? We reckon Big Micky will just take his as carry-on. Thoughts? ✈️

Michael Lucas – World Champion!

Overnight BSC's esteemed Vice President, Mick, went and got himself a World Championship Title (shooting 192/200) in Seniors division in Italy at the Fitasc World Compak Championships. He even went into the last day, leading, and still shot himself a clean round – nerves of steel? Perhaps.

Further, fellow BSC Member, Peter Tobin and John Younger (not BSC, but we forgive him) came in with a most excellent 188/200 each. Their combined score, with Mick’s, pushed our Mens Senior team into the gold!

Now, we hear the moans that Compak is not an SCA discipline any more, but bloody hell, our Members are out there kicking goals … or shooting things … and … well, wow – what bloody legends.

If you didn't know Ashley Mead, he was one of those quiet achievers who simply got things done. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes at BSC, never looking for fanfare or recognition, and was instrumental in making BSC the awesome club it is today. He was also heavily involved with QSCA and gave plenty of his time to supporting clay target shooting in Queensland.

So come along, have a shoot, have a laugh and help us remember the people who have been part of our club over the years.

Every nomination goes into the draw to win the lucky door prize, Perazzi's new MR57.
