Christine Atwell - Pilates Power and Corefit deliver Pilates in a more dynamic form and offers many levels and modifications in one-on-one sessions or corporate classes. Power Pilates incorporates 'Magic Circles' for better pelvic floor activation and 'Therabands' for resistance and muscle lengthening. Corefit is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which goes for approximately 7 to 12 mins and
