Mac And Cheese (with Tuna and Veg)
INGREDIENTS
3 Cups elbow pasta
3 Cups water
2 Tbspn Light Butter
1 Cup almond milk
3 Tbspn mustard
1 Tspn garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Cup grated cheese
1/2 Cup greek yoghurt
OPTIONAL ADD INS
1 Can of tuna chunks
1 Packet steamed veggies
METHOD
1. In a pot, add water, almond milk, butter, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper and bring to the boill on the stove.
2. Add in the elbow pasta and cook for about 10 mins while stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.
3. Remove from the heat and add cheese and yoghurt and stir until well combined.
4. Feel free to add in any protein such as chicken, tuna or beef, and some veggies and serve in a bowl and enjoy.
