Not your regular pancake 🥞
Maybe healthier but still delicious!
~2 cups of Oats
~1 banana
~spoonful of Chia seeds
~spoonful of H**p seeds
~250-300ml plant-based milk, I used Oat milk for these
Blend it all up and cook like regular pancakes - I fried mine using Nutlex to keep it plant-based
~topped with Syrup, mixed berries and cashew yogurt 🤩
Top yours with whatever your heart desires
I’ve got some left for afternoon tea which will probably get smothered in Nutella 😅
