School holidays are covered at FunFit Kids ❄️

Our School Holiday Program runs 29 June – 10 July 2026, Monday to Friday, with something for every age and energy level, from babies through to teens.

With a mix of regular sessions, themed events, and free community experiences, kids stay active, social, and engaged all break long.

Most sessions are drop-off and open to both members and non-members.

Men’s Health Week highlights the importance of breaking down the barriers that stop men from seeking help sooner.

Regular check-ups, honest conversations, and healthier lifestyle choices all play a role in improving long-term outcomes for men everywhere.

Small actions taken early can make a lasting difference, your physical, mental and emotional health is worth the time and attention.

You never always know what someone might be going through, so take the time to check in on your mates, not just this week but every week. And if someone asks how you’re going, it’s okay to be open and honest.

Men’s Health Week is here, and this year we’re taking a moment to focus on something that matters far beyond the gym, your physical and mental wellbeing 💪🧠

This week is about opening up conversations, breaking down stigma, and reminding our community that no one has to go through things alone.

Health isn’t just about how you train or what you lift, it’s about how you feel, function, and show up in your everyday life. Physical and mental health go hand in hand, and looking after one supports the other.

Men’s Health Week is a reminder that wellbeing looks different for everyone, and it’s okay to check in with yourself, speak up, and prioritise your health in all its forms. Whether you’re feeling strong, struggling, or somewhere in between, you’re not alone.

We’ve put together a program to get our members involved, from sessions designed to challenge you physically, to opportunities that encourage you to reset, connect, and take time for your overall wellbeing.

Whether it’s showing up to a session, checking in with someone, or making space for recovery, every step matters. Let’s keep moving, keep talking, and keep supporting each other 💙
