Silat Bela Diri Corinda Silat Bela-Diri is an eclectic system of martial science, which has transformed traditional Indonesian & Chinese martial arts.

Through the Science of Silat Bela-Diri, people can achieve effective self-defense that can enhance their lives so they can influence others in a positive direction. The system relies on the use of correct body positioning, whilst performing counter attacking techniques, with optimum reflex reaction to defeat the aggressor. This system is based on Human & animal characteristics, which suites the human anatomy to create an effective & dynamic self-defense.
