Meet Jen 👋 Most of you already know Jen — our Head Personal Trainer at Plus Fitness Carseldine and owner of Fit 2 Function. She’s been part of the club for years and is a familiar face to many, always bringing great energy, a smile, and plenty of motivation onto the gym floor.
Jen is fully qualified with Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Certificate IV in Weight Management, along with First Aid, CPR and a Blue Card, plus extra training in mindset and wellness coaching, mobility, and strength development.
She absolutely loves what she does and it shows in her coaching style — a mix of cardio kickboxing, strength training, group fitness, goal setting and mobility work. Jen’s all about helping members feel confident, stay consistent, and actually enjoy their training while getting real results.
